[摘要] This Resolution implements to the Republic of Angola the 1990 International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation (OPRC 90). The Parties undertake, individually or jointly, to take all appropriate measures in accordance with the provisions of this Convention in order to prepare for and combat an oil pollution incident. The Annex to this Convention shall constitute its integral part and any reference to this Convention shall at the same time constitute a reference. T
