Hamburg Climate Protection Law.

[摘要] The objective of the present Law is to protect the climate through a economical, rational, resource and environment-friendly production, distribution and use of energy not endangering the health of human beings and not running any risk. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Measures on the economical use of energy (II); Special energy saving measures by the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg (III); Common provisions (V).
