[摘要] This Regional Act defines the competences and procedures to be followed by the competent institutions in matter of environmental protection. The regional authority shall exercise the main administrative functions and shall delegate to the municipal authorities functions concerning the issue of authorizations required and application of penalties. Article 10 deals with particular procedures as regards nature parks.
