Act amending and supplementing the Act on the collection and dissemination of environmental information.

[摘要] This Act amends 17 points of the Act on the collection and dissemination of environmental information. In particular, the Act establishes provisions relating to the national pollutant release register and off-site transfers (art. 5 of the amended Act), and keeping the national register of pollution (art. 6).
