[摘要] This Decree defines duties and powers of the Polar Research Secretariat and provides for its administration. The Secretariat shall carry out and coordinate research in and on the polar regions, including research on environmental matters. It shall also carry out duties as defined the Antarctic Act and the Antarctic Decree.
