Amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2010 and Listing Notices (No. R. 1159 of 2010).

[摘要] This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the Environmental Impact Assessment, Regulations, 2010 and relative Listing Notices. The amendments of the regulations concern, among other things, environmental impact assessment and environmental authorizations. The Listing Notices are amended by adding a definition of "dangerous goods" "wetland" and "estuary" and by amending the definition of "watercourse".
