[摘要] The present Regulation is made under the Public Health Act and the Environmental Management Act applies to ‘agricultural operations’. Within this Regulation, the Code of Agricultural Practice for Waste Management describes agricultural practices for using, storing and managing agricultural waste in a manner that is environmentally sound.
