Sub-Decree No. 47 on the creation of the National Clean Environment Day.

[摘要] The National Clean Environment Day is instituted and shall be celebrated the 23rd of November every year to ecreate a national awareness on the protection of the environment and the prevention and control of pollution. All citizens, armed forces , institutions and organizations , together with the appointed authorities, shall participate in cleaning and environment-friendly activities trough the day.
