[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 Chapters and 1 Annex, regulates promotion, incentives, access, licensing and exploitation of independent or self-production of electric energy. It specifies technical and safety requirements to obtain a licence for the aforementioned activity. Chapter 7 provides sanctions for non-compliance and related control procedures and Chapter 8 regulates electrification procedures in rural areas based on renewable energies.
