[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 5.854 on control over mineral and water resources exploitation, including petroleum and natural gas. Amendments deal with administrative and legal procedures, monitoring requirements and necessary information to be granted related to exploitation of the above mentioned natural resources under the competence of the State of Sergipe.
