[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources under section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999, concern lodging of complaints relating to any matter set out under section 32 of the Act with the Public Complaints Committee established under section 31 of the Act and the handling of such compliant by the Committee.
