Regulation on inspection in natural gas market.

[摘要] This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles for inspection of real and legal persons engaged in natural gas market, as well as for the preliminary investigation to be made due to the activities and operations of these persons contrary to the provisions of the relevant legislation. This Regulation sets forth provisions on the authorities and duties of inspectors, reporting, sanctions, stages of preliminary investigation, and application to judicial and administrative authorities.
