[摘要] This Act concerns pollution of marine waters by oil. It gives effect in Ghana to provisions of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil of 1954. Section 1 prohibits discharge of oil in sea areas designated under section 2 as prohibited sea areas. Section 3 concerns discharge of oil in Ghanaian waters.
