[摘要] This Regulation sets forth principles and procedures of procurement methods, as well as accounting and audit of disaster and emergency purchases. Furthermore this Regulation sets forth provisions on duties and authorities of the Disaster and Emergency Management Commissions and the tender committee, accounting, types of purchases, illegal practices, purchase agreement, auditing, responsibilities of the contractor and supplier, and tools and equipment provided by natural and legal persons.
