[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to contribute to providing rapid rescue of human lives and relief to disaster affected countries when overseas disasters occur, by prescribing the matters necessary for overseas emergency relief, such as dispatch of emergency relief teams, provision of emergency relief supplies, and support for interim recovery from disasters to affected countries.
