[摘要] This Law, consisting of 7 Chapters divided into 35 articles, establishes the Mato Grosso Development Plan, under the guidelines of the State Development Policy, in order to contribute to the expansion, modernization and diversification of economic activities, encouraging investments, technological renewal of production structures and the increased state competitiveness, with emphasis on employment generation and income and the reduction of social and regional inequalities.
