Petroleum (Offshore) Act 1982.

[摘要] This Act, consisting of 152 sections divided into five Parts and completed by five Schedules, concerns the exploration and exploitation of petroleum resources in certain submerged areas adjacent to the coasts of New South Wales. The Act contains provisions on the management of the adjacent area (Part 2), on mining for petroleum and related licence (Part 4), in compliance with the application of the Convention on the continental shelf.
