[摘要] The National Environmental Protection Authorities grants permission to establish municipal environmental zones in order to limit air pollution caused by vehicles, such as for vans, trucks and buses. The Order applies to major metropolitan traffic-bound areas and other urban areas including bridge quarters and areas of suburban character.
