Act relative to the implementation of a Community Eco-label Award Scheme (1994:1772).

[摘要] This Act makes provision for the implementation of a European Community programme for the award of an eco label to products pursuant to Council Regulation 880 of 1992. The Government shall appoint a public body for purposes of article 9.1. of the Council Regulation. The Government shall further establish criteria to be complied with by products in order to be allowed to carry the eco-label.
