Act No. 109 of 2009 amending the Environment Protection Act and some other laws with a view on the integration of obligations in the field of environmental reporting.

[摘要] This Act amends the Environment Protection Act concerning obligations of the Netherlands in relation with the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR). It allows information as indicated in Article 5 of Council Regulation to be specified by a General Order in Council and sets out rules how information shall be submitted.
