[摘要] Considering the friendly relations between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and wishful to contribute to the social and economic development of Aserbaidschan, Germany enables the Government of Azerbaijan to receive financial contributions from the German Development Bank for the following projects: i) “Power Supply”; and ii) “Protection of Nature”. The text consists of 5 articles.
