Regional Law No. 3183-KZ amending Regional Law No. 339-KZ “On ensuring radiation and chemical safety of the population”.

[摘要] Article 10.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Non-governmental entities and non-commercial organizations shall be granted the right to perform public control over the application and observance of rules and regulations in the sphere of ensuring radiation and chemical safety in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”.
