[摘要] This Federal Law establishes that the payment for negative impact on the environment is charged for the following types: (a) emissions of pollutants into the air by stationary sources; (b) discharges of pollutants into waterbodies; and (c) storage, disposal of industrial and consumer waste (waste disposal).
