Regulation amending Regulation establishing formula for calculating value of noise index.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraph, lays down the new formula for calculating value of noise index. As in the amended Regulation, when calculating the value of noise index one should take into consideration changeability of noise sources over a year and changeability of atmospheric conditions and factors affecting spreading of noise in the environment.
