[摘要] This Executive Order declares the American Samoa Emergency Energy Conservation Plan, attached to the Order as Annex A, to be approved, adopted and incorporated. The Order also provides for the implementation of the Plan. The Plan sets out the concept of energy conservation, defines energy emergencies and detailed measures to be taken by specified authorities in a case of an emergency.
