[摘要] This Decree, composed of eight articles and one Annex, approves the Statute of the National Marine Institute, a pubic body in charge for marine safety, navigation protection and marine environment protection. The Annex is composed of 42 articles divided in seven chapters. It provides the Statute, defining its legal nature, functions and competences, as well main bodies and internal structure.
