[摘要] This Decree, composed of four articles and one Annex, establishes the National Policy on Sustainable Development of Peoples and Traditional Communities (PNPCT), with the aim of promoting their sustainable development strengthening, at the same time, their rights in terms of land, environment, culture and economy. The Plan, structured in six main articles, regulates the set-up of sustainable development plans.
