[摘要] This Order shall be considered legislative provision regulating operation of crews of vessels (excluded fishing vessels) in case of alert and alarm, firefighting, deluging, oil spill and oil pollution, and also lifesaving. It defines emergency situations, disasters and incidents, listing operations to be undertaken by the crew in each particular case.
