Cantonal Introductory Law on national economic supply.

[摘要] The present Cantonal Law implements both the Federal National Economic Supply Act of 8 October 1982 and the Cantonal Population Protection Law of 4 June 1989. In particular, the present Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Laws.
