[摘要] This Act provides for the management and conservation of all water resources of Namibia including the whole or any part of a watercourse or an aquifer, the sea and meteoric water. The objects of this Act are to ensure that the water resources of Namibia are managed, developed, used, conserved and protected in a manner consistent with, or conducive to, the fundamental principles set out in section 3.
