[摘要] The Act introduces some amendments to the Federal Act on environmental sustainability testing and public participation (BGBl. No. 697/1993). In particular, a paragraph 4a is added to article 3 dealing with projects that must be subjected to a sustainability test, namely an environmental impact assessment, and the procedure to be followed for conducting and monitoring this test.
