Act on Municipal Cooling systems (No. 1190 of 2014).

[摘要] This Act aims to ensure municipality district heating companies deploy and operate cooling and heating systems in order to promote energy-efficiency in buildings. The municipal council approves projects for the installation of new municipal district cooling plants or for carrying out major changes in existing ones. The municipal council may only approve a district cooling project which promotes energy-efficiency.
