Law No. XIII- 1017 amending Law No. IX-517 on the management of packaging and packaging waste.

[摘要] Article 6 obliges business entities to keep record of packaging materials and packaging waste in accordance with the procedure established by the Government. Article 7 (1) establishes that manufacturers and importers who, within the reporting period, supply to the domestic market of the Republic of Lithuania no more than 0.5 tons of packaging (excluding one-time packaging and multiple packaging) are exempted from the obligation to pay tax on environmental pollution by packaging waste.
