[摘要] This Act, consisting of 419 sections divided into nine Chapters, aims at encouraging and facilitating the safe production of geothermal energy, principally by providing for the granting of authorities (called ‘geothermal tenures’) to explore for or produce geothermal energy; and creating a regulatory system for the carrying out of activities relating to geothermal tenures.
