[摘要] This Act makes provision for the appointment of the Ombudsman by the President pursuant to Article 90 of the Constitution and defines the functions and powers of the office. The Ombudsman may carry out investigations in accordance with this Act. Public bodies may refer instances or matters to the Ombudsman.
