Security Management for Critical Upstream Petroleum and Coal Infrastructure Regulation (Alta Reg. 218/2012).

[摘要] The present Regulation is enacted under the Energy Resources Conservation Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “critical facility” means a mining operation, a pipeline or a processing plant that is named in the critical infrastructure list or a related facility of any of them. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the establishment of security measures to be established for a critical facility.
