Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 417 of 2012).

[摘要] This Act amends the Environment Protection Act by adding a new section 45b on the capture of carbon. This section requires compulsory conditions for compliance with the provisions of carbon dioxide streams in 5 and § 6 of the Act on the capture and storage of carbon dioxide (416/2012) to be attached to an environmental permit for the removal of carbon dioxide.
