Environment Protection Law – Basel-Landschaft.

[摘要] The purpose of the present Law is to ensure the enforcement of the federal legislation on environment protection and to issue completing provisions on the subject matter. Article 2 establishes that “the polluter pays principle” is the basis of the Law unless there are some special cantonal rules. According to article 3 the Canton shall cooperate in all environmental issues with local authorities, as well as with neighbouring cantons and states.
