Ministerial Decree No. 586 validating the Regulation on distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases with a view of fulfilment of international obligations for reduction of emissions of greenhouse gases in accordance with market mechanism of emissions trading. Quotas for emissions shall be distributed by the Government in accordance with the national plan that shall be validated by 1 December of the year preceding its period of validity.
