[摘要] This Act, consisting of six Parts and one Schedule, aims at adopting the National Energy Retail Law, set out in the Schedule to the South Australian Act and applies as a law of Queensland, with the administrative modifications set out in the attached schedule to this Act or prescribed by regulation under section 12.
