Emergencies and Threatened Emergencies (Special Powers) Act 1987 (Cap. 20.12).
[摘要] This Act grants powers to the Head of State to make Regulations in the case of a public emergency or the threat of a public emergency. The Head of State shall act on advice of the Cabinet.
