[摘要] Local Land Committees are executive bodies of the Land Committee responsible for land matters in oblasts, cities, rayons, and jamoat. The composition f each of these types of committees is specified. The Chairman of oblast committees is appointed by the Chairman of the Land Committee and shall have the professional qualification of "land manager". The oblast committees shall be responsible for the implementation of the national land policy, and shall supervise rational use and protection of land
