Act on the Promotion of the Development and Use of Alternative Energy.

[摘要] This Act provides for the preservation of the environment, the development of national economy and the promotion of national welfare by diversifying energy resources through promoting technological development, use and diffusion of alternative energy, and reducing the discharge of gases harmful to humans or to the environment by activating alternative energy industry. The Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy shall establish a basic plan for the promotion of technological development and use
