Law No. 11.097 ruling on Biodiesel introduction among Brazil national energy sources.

[摘要] This Law, composed of 18 articles, rules on the introduction of biodiesel among Brazilian energy sources. In particular, the Law regulates the National Agency for Oil, Natural Gas and Biofuels. The Law amends: articles 2, 6, 7, 49 of Law No. 9.478 of 6 August 1997: articles 3, 5, 11, 18, 19 of Law No. 9.847 of 26 October 1999; article 4 of Law No. 10.636 of 30 December 2002.
