Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 13 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in respect of observance of conditions of environmental permits at local level and air quality standards and air quality protection plans in local areas. It also concerns the extension of deadline for limits for nitrogen dioxide as provided for in Article 22.1 of the Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe.
