[摘要] This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures of the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, in the coverage of the Regulation on tracking of greenhouse gas emissions. This Notification covers monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, listed in the Annex 1 of the Regulation on tracking of greenhouse gas emissions.
