[摘要] This Act applies to geological extraction, transport and storage of carbon dioxide. It sets provisions for the prevention of environmental pollution for the concentration of substances caused by these activities, and which involve risks of contamination to the environment. Carbon dioxide may not be geologically stored in the water borders within the territory of Finland or the Finnish EEZ. The ban does however not apply to geological storage of carbon dioxide if the amount is less than 100 000 t
