[摘要] This Law, consisting of 28 articles, provides for production, trade, transport, storage and use of pesticides, their components and related stuff in the State of Amapá. The State Agricultural and Livestock Protection and Inspection Agency (DIAGRO) and the State Secretariat of Environment and Health are responsible for supervising the compliance with state legislation regarding pesticides, household sanitizer products, disinfectants, waste, their components and the similar stuff within the State
