[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Civil Protection Law of 22 October 2003. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Personnel of civil protection (I); Need for human and material resources (II); Contributions to protection facilities (III); Maintenance and use of protective equipment (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
