Ministerial Decree No. 1107 validating the Regulation on registration of the objects of fuel and energy complex.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of formation and keeping register of the objects of fuel and energy complex with the inclusion therein of potentially hazardous objects. Register shall be instituted and kept by the federal executive body responsible for realization of state policy and legislative regulation of the issues related to fuel and energy complex. Each object included in the register shall be assigned hazardousness risk class.
